COMMON QUESTIONS

A useful starting point.

Who is Fintegrity for?

Business owners, bookkeepers, accountants, analysts, and accounts payable teams who want a more structured way to review transactions and resolve discrepancies. The work is tailored to small and mid-sized businesses.

Do I need a new accounting system?

The starting point is your current process and available records. Procedures can use documents, controlled exports, and spreadsheets. Any connected setup is scoped separately according to the systems and permissions available.

Can I use the instructions with my usual AI chatbot?

We can prepare instructions for an agreed chatbot workflow. More connected setups may use MCP servers or plugins. Compatibility, data handling, and any third-party charges are reviewed before agreeing on a setup.

Is there a required subscription?

There is no required Fintegrity subscription. You purchase an agreed service and its defined deliverables. Further support, maintenance, and changes are optional and separately agreed. Third-party AI or software may have its own charges.

Does AI approve payments or change our books?

Our planned AI assistance supports preparation and review. Your designated personnel retain authority over accounting changes, supplier communications, and payment decisions. Additional automated actions would require a separately agreed scope and authorization.

Can we start with one issue?

Yes. A focused engagement can cover a selected supplier, transaction group, review period, or procedure. We establish what can be assessed from the records available and agree on the expected output.
